Career management · Portugal & France
From grassrootsto the next level
We support young players from Portugal's regional and national leagues. Up close, honestly and with our feet firmly on the ground.
Rodney Santos in action
There is plenty of talent in the regional leagues and very few people watching. We go and watch.
How we work
Four steps, no shortcuts
- 01
Watch
We go to the games. We see players live, every weekend, not just on video.
- 02
Talk
We speak with the player, the family and the coaches. No promises we can't keep.
- 03
Plan
We set realistic goals for the season and work out the right next step, at the right club.
- 04
Support
We are there throughout the season: contracts, hard decisions and everyday questions.

We are based in both countries. That opens doors to opportunities on either side, and to partnerships with people who work well with young players.
PT
